At Nylacarb, we strive to continually improve our processes. In 2020, we began the process of creating an internal software for data management that allows us to utilize the system for a more efficient process from quoting and design, all the way to shipping.
Our goal was to create a customized software that allowed us to be hands-on and manipulate project data in real time. This improves communication across all departments, and allows us to know all the details on a project at any given point. Our customer relationships will continue to benefit from this, as this positively impacts our knowledge of everything going on from design, to mold status, to the production floor and secondary processes to shipping.
We are continuing the implementation of this system across all departments. We are excited about how this will benefit our internal operations and our customer relationships in 2021.
